Seymour has had years of experience in the industry. He is fully trained in the use of the mill and his experience is such that the manufacturers are visiting him so that he can help them improve the product.

Heather works with Seymour when using the mill. This photo shows her at the controls of the sawmill. Heather has been trained to operate the mill and can work the mill independent of Seymour.
